The property division has almost the same length of history as the Distribution Division. It started with property investments to take advantage of real estate capital appreciations or rental yields. As it grew, a separate construction arm, N&P Construction, was formed to provide support in the capacity of a main-contractor to undertake building works done on the acquired properties. These range from the simpler General Upkeep, on to Alterations and Additions and through to the more inclusive turn-key projects for redeveloping new or rebuilding conserved buildings. With this vertical integration, the Division has effectively expanded its options on the types of properties it is able to take on.
These range from private residential landed properties to apartments as well as multi-storey condominiums, including the re-development of commercial properties acquired by the Hospitality Division for use as hotels.
